Very responsive and accommodating. I just bought a new 2017 F150. The service writer was very kind and drove me home since the install for my four 19"s on mag wheels was going to take a while. The only problem I discovered later when I checked the tire pressure with an accugage at home ... cold check, they were inflated to 45 psi instead of 36. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with this purchase (and I'm also getting $140 in rebates in the mail soon ;-)) More

I had a vehicle accident and my car had been totaled. Mark sold me a new Ford F 150 XLT Sport. He couldn't be more professional, honest, and knowledgeable a sales person. That's why I was willing to go all the way to Crowley, and Crowley is lucky to have him. No nonsense here. You want a great vehicle and a deal, go to Crowley and ask for Mark. More

And they said they don't hear it !) BUT when I drove the car before taking It home it was making noise showed it to tech he heard it AS WELL AS ME! Was told leave car another day . TODAY THEY SAID THEY CANT FIGURE OUT WHATS WRONG EVEN THOUGH WHEN STEERING IT IT WAS MAKING A SOUND AND THE PERSON ON PHONE GLENN I BELIEVE ACTUALLY INTERUPTED ME AND SAID SIGHING WITH AN ATTITUDE " OMG" AND THE NIGHT BEFORE SAME PERSON TOLD ME ( when I said I'll drive the car around parking lot to see if making noise before taking it back so I asked for my Keyes but since I didn't PAY YET) he said about my 7 year old son " he can stay here inside , we ll keep him as collateral "!!!' AS IF IM GOING TO STEAL My own car??? They were more worried about getting paid FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO FIGURE OUT PROBLEM WITH CAR! He later said I'm just kidding BUT STILL NOT FUNNY when my son asked me why did the guy say that. AND TODAY RUDELY HE SAID THEY NEED TO CHARGE EVEN IF I BRING CAR BACK TOMMOROW " IF " it's still making noise ( when It is since they didn't fix it) SAID " THATS HOW WE PAY OUR TECHS"...??!! So you have people that don't know how to diagnose a problem but have customers come back and forth and get charged! And STILL CANT Figure WHATS WRONG? If you don’t live in CT stay away from this dealer My Horror of a transaction started great with Crowley Ford. Only a few dealers on the east coast had the F150 I was looking for. I was thrilled that exact truck I wanted was only 59 miles away. My sales rep Fran was knowledgeable and friendly. The Financing Rep Victor was a huge help finding a loan that worked. I was driving home in my new car 45 minutes later. Every interaction with them since has been filled with pain, 3 FedEx’s later my paperwork was heading in the right direction. They vile lady that runs the back office is Rude, Uninformed and Incompetent. The deliberate unprofessional behavior I witnessed cannot be undocumented. This dealership is only 49 miles away from the NY border and they have no clue about how things work. What to expect from Crowley Ford.. The following recap is how my transaction was handled • I had to experience the F&I guy receiving a verbal beat down from the woman in the back office. The funny part is she was completely wrong concerning the registration on my on my F-150. • After several days of unnecessary stress and several Re-Do’s of my paperwork 22 days later I received my registration as I originally asked for it. • Mr. Crowley does exist, but he works out of the KIA dealership And doesn’t return phone calls • Their Sales VP also works at the KIA location , he also doesn’t return calls • They do have a general manager at Ford location, he only called after I called their HQ several times. He was helpful in getting my transaction back on track.. But he called after the fact...as a reaction to my calls to their HQ. • I was going to let the whole thing go until I received a strange call from Crowley customer service. That employee had issues with my comments made in a survey to Ford Corporate. It was crazy !!!!!!..call the unhappy customer confront him and make him more unhappy Key learning.. the survey is not private I’m thinking it’s safe to say that this dealer’s senior management and back office is not responsive to customers concerns. The customer is not always rite at Crowley Ford. You will be treated like a uneducated peasant Their focus is not selling Fords I wonder if they call back the KIA customers ? probably not More

After 2 months driver door filled with rain and transmission fluid was black. I made appointment to have door seal and fluid changed. They insisted fluid is OK and doesn't need to be changed until 100,000 miles with much banter it was changed.4 days later. Very anti customer service. I also have 2 free oil changes. I will never go there again. More
