Tim has always gone above and beyond in customer service since we've brought our vehicles in. Would've given 5 stars, but do not appreciate the push for customers to answer survey/give 100% satisfied feedback on their visit/experience. If I want to do that, I will, but resent the "coaching" to do so. Mr. Crowley - Please stop making your employees do that. More

When i was late for a service (mileage wise) the advisor "scolded" me. Really? The other thing that aggravates me is the hounding to fill out a survey. Well here it is. More

First service We brought the wife's car there for a PTU seal which took out the transfer case after the transmission. Asst Serv mgr worked with us and ford to get a break on the cost and car was done in just over 2 days. So I bought a 2014 Ford F-150 there , I was concerned about the brakes since the rotors were just turned. 2.5 months after buying truck rotors were warped and needed replacement. I was very upset since I voiced this concern and did not want to have to do a brake job so soon. I spoke to the general manager in some detail, we discussed our points and when it was all done, there was no charge and I still have faith in a dealer and would highly recommend Crowley Ford. Jim was a Marine, and I was a Navy Seabee and there was a mutual respect between us and I am very happy that still exists and that we were able to work out a solution . I want to personally thank Jim Brooks for his professionalism and understanding and taking the time to listen to what I had to say. Oooohrah! More

Bullies, deceptive, unprofessional When I decided not to purchase a vehicle with them the finance Rep I was working with, Sam, threatened to keep my $1500 deposit to bully me into buy When I decided not to purchase a vehicle with them the finance Rep I was working with, Sam, threatened to keep my $1500 deposit to bully me into buying the car. I had signed no paperwork regarding the money I put down. He then sent me text messages from 8:45-9:45 at night telling me he didn't want to see me lose my money and That my father who helped me decide to not purchase the car was not looking out for my best interest. The manager, Jim Brooks, returned a phone call and never apologize for that unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from Sam. Jim then started to support Sam and what he said to me. In the end Jim Brooks looked at the paperwork and saw that I never signed anything therefore they could not keep my money. They are the Epitome of a shady car salesman. Stay away at all costs. Also, Sam lied from the very beginning until the very end. He tried selling me the car for more then what it was posted on cargurus.com More
