First service We brought the wife's car there for a PTU seal which took out the transfer case after the transmission. Asst Serv mgr worked with us and ford to get a We brought the wife's car there for a PTU seal which took out the transfer case after the transmission. Asst Serv mgr worked with us and ford to get a break on the cost and car was done in just over 2 days. So I bought a 2014 Ford F-150 there , I was concerned about the brakes since the rotors were just turned. 2.5 months after buying truck rotors were warped and needed replacement. I was very upset since I voiced this concern and did not want to have to do a brake job so soon. I spoke to the general manager in some detail, we discussed our points and when it was all done, there was no charge and I still have faith in a dealer and would highly recommend Crowley Ford. Jim was a Marine, and I was a Navy Seabee and there was a mutual respect between us and I am very happy that still exists and that we were able to work out a solution . I want to personally thank Jim Brooks for his professionalism and understanding and taking the time to listen to what I had to say. Oooohrah! More
