Drive in and shortly there after your car is being serviced and completed before you can finish your coffee. Love this place!!! More
The worst I've had nothing but problems with the service department. I went in for the same problem 3 different times and when that issue was finally resolved t I've had nothing but problems with the service department. I went in for the same problem 3 different times and when that issue was finally resolved they broke my airbag sensor and I had to go back yet again. Very careless work. I also got my keys back with food all over them which was disgusting and unprofessional. Also they called me about 3 weeks after I used a rental car from them claiming I had damaged it only to realize they had the wrong invoice and called me by mistake. I lost it at the point and said the only reason I even picked up the phone was because I was hoping that maybe, just maybe Gary the manager was calling to make things right. He never did call me by the way. I also told them I wasn't surprised by the mistake because that seems to be the only thing that the service department knows how to do. More

Service Visit Turns into trade in! Was looking to possibly trade my mustang in for something that's better in the snow. I sent an inquiry in regarding the summer sale and Alex promptly emailed me and followed up with a call. My car was there already for service so they gave me a fair trade price over the phone. I came to pick it up a few hours later and we worked a deal on a new Fusion Sport. They were extremely transparent with numbers, and applicable discounts etc. We actually got to take the new car home the same day. Probably one of the best dealer experiences I've had and I've purchased a lot of cars oflver the years!!! Thank you Crowley More
Service Department is awful! I purchased a used car from Crowley in September of 2015 and my car has been in for issues at least 6 times. The Service Department needs to take a class in Customer Service. They all have attitudes and are dismissive when you demand assistance. My entire experience has been bad since day 1. I was set up from the beginning as my Sales Representative never did all that she was required. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this dealer. I love Lincoln vehicles but the lack of service in CT has me shopping for a new brand of car. More

We were given bad information on the purchase and maintenance of items that we purchased. When I called to complain about it, it was clear that they were "circling the wagons" and no one would admit to the error (or bad information given), in fact the general manager and service manager basically told me that their service department was incapable of making these errors. I finally with great difficulty spoke to the owner of the dealership (Ken Crowley). It took him more than two weeks to return my phone call and it was a waste of my time. He was largely dismissive of the entire event and went on about how much he cares and his ads where he tells you how much he cares, but his words showed that none of this was true. At the end of the conversation, he hung up on me, showing his ultimate contempt for someone who had bought there car there and brought for service for six years. More
I have not used the service department yet. I just purchased a new Lincoln MKZ. My experience was excellent. I required a lot of interaction to find the perfect car for me. My problem was that I still had a loan left on the car and didn't have the money to pay it off. Ford not only put me in a new car but also gave me a great deal for a trade in allowance! I was able to get a great deal using Ford Credit with 0% interest. I was very happy with the service and the friendliness of the company. Always helpful. More
Outstanding service Eric did an oil change and changed transmission fluid in the car while we were purchasing another Ford Fusion.
