Outstanding Crowley Ford Experience Went to Quick Lane for a routine oil, lube/filter to prep our car for a long trip from Plainville,CT to Montreal, Canada 3 days hence. Also asked for a complete check over (86,00 miles) within the 3 day window if it was possible. Mike Castro set me up with the full-service area for the same day, ferried me home. The car was ready the next morning after a complete check up and several major parts replaced. I would have had it back the first day but that was my fault for asking that several major items be replaced now rather than "later down the line." I found Mike Castro and everyone else that dealt with me were wonderfully prompt, friendly, professional and cost conscious for my sake. AND, they drove home and back!! More
