Outstanding Crowley Ford Experience Went to Quick Lane for a routine oil, lube/filter to prep our car for a long trip from Plainville,CT to Montreal, Canada 3 days hence. Also asked for Went to Quick Lane for a routine oil, lube/filter to prep our car for a long trip from Plainville,CT to Montreal, Canada 3 days hence. Also asked for a complete check over (86,00 miles) within the 3 day window if it was possible. Mike Castro set me up with the full-service area for the same day, ferried me home. The car was ready the next morning after a complete check up and several major parts replaced. I would have had it back the first day but that was my fault for asking that several major items be replaced now rather than "later down the line." I found Mike Castro and everyone else that dealt with me were wonderfully prompt, friendly, professional and cost conscious for my sake. AND, they drove home and back!! More

He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and very easy to get a hold of in the next couple of days as we worked out the details of my purchase. Worse experience buying a car & getting paperwork done right Do not trust this dealership to know what they are doing in regards to: 1.Military Rewards (yes you can claim them up to one year after puirchase on Do not trust this dealership to know what they are doing in regards to: 1.Military Rewards (yes you can claim them up to one year after puirchase on Memorial Day, etc.) Be aware if they put everything under the wife's name and the husband was a Vet, Lisa will tell you and the Military Rewards Representative they can not process the Military Award Approval from Ford because Victor, Sales'Finance put the wife as the primary borrower and the Reward was issued under the husband's name. Poppycock! The Military Reward is accessible to the spouse of a Veteran. They can, but will insist the Military Reward Representative void one eCertificate and issue a new one in the spouse's name. This delays the $750 by another 24 hrs.It should have come off the invoice in the beginning. 2.Third Party Warranties they neither understand or know how to Register with the company. They will charge you for them though.Note:- You will not have recognized coverage until Crowley sends the Registration Contract to them. 3. Be ready to object when the give you a bill for your "free oil Change". 4.If you are woman who kept your maiden name after marriage, be ready to be pulled aside after all the papers are signed and asked "are you two really married?" Guess I shouuld carry my marriage license next to my drivers license. It's 2017 , People!!!!! Do not trust them that everything is in both spouses name and you find the Service Dept,Warranties Companies, Bank loan, only have it under one name, and you have no idea what name Crowley put it under until a few months after purchase. Note: Misspelling your name even though they have your drivers license, ins card and check from both accounts is probable. If they don't know your email they make one. I don't know what that's about. More
