I took my 2017 f150 in for.oil change and rotate tires. ( when ever it does.) More
They even take great care of those of us from out of state! I was in CT for a few weeks helping my brother. My 2013 Ford C-Max Energi had been working fine on the way to church. When I came out and started it, the SYNC console went black and then kept showing a "Scheduled System Maintenance" message. I have no idea "who" scheduled it. Then the system would reboot 3 or 4 times. I had no radio, phone, navigation or climate control. I took my car to Crowley. They provided a courtesy shuttle ride back to and from my brother's. They kept the car for a few days waiting for a replacement part from Ford. Thankfully, the part and installation were covered by a warranty extension by Ford. More

He gave me the price and said that I could come right up. I got there at 6:05 and checked in. I was finished and on my way home at 6:25! Awesome service. More
