The service included a washing of the exterior — a first for me at this dealership. Job well done. More

Excellent; very thorough Pete Hollenbeck did a great job in making sure my rear brakes were dealt with in a comprehensive way - just pads, but rotors, etc.; keeping me safe. Service Experience Sub-Par On 6/5 I was scheduled to bring my 2014 Ford Explorer in for service. The appointment included fixes for 3 recalls that Ford notified me about as well On 6/5 I was scheduled to bring my 2014 Ford Explorer in for service. The appointment included fixes for 3 recalls that Ford notified me about as well as a check engine light diagnosis and other miscellaneous items that I noted when making the appointment. I dropped my car off at 9:20am and heard from my Service Advisor at 1:40pm letting me know that they had not been able to diagnose the check engine light yet, but asked if I could leave the car overnight. I was not in a position to leave my car overnight due to activities with my children and the need to get to work the next day so I let them know that I would need a loaner vehicle if they needed my car for more than one day. Apparently there weren't any loaner vehicles available, so at 4:00, I received a call stating that they were finally able to get my car in to get the check engine light diagnosed and discovered that it was a Purge Valve. They could have this part installed but let me know that they could not fix any of the recalls or other items that I originally scheduled my appointment for. I obliged because like most, I rely on my car and it is a hardship to be without it. The reason for my 1 star rating is: - I made my appointment far enough in advance, why didn't my car get looked at until 3pm? - If I knew my car wouldn't have been looked at until 3pm then I wouldn't have dropped it off at 9am and been without it for most of the day. -If you are booking appointments in advance then you should know what your schedule is like in order to get the cars fixed and returned in the time given by the scheduler. -I find it absolutely ridiculous that you don't pull the cars up for the customer when they are there to pick them up. Instead the cashier told me that I should use my panic alarm to find it in the parking lot. -Now I need to be without the car for 1/2 a day so that my recalls can be fixed. If you are in a service role you should provide exceptional customer service and not act as though you are bothered. This isn't the first time I have used this service department, and to be honest, I wasn't going to come back but another local dealer could not get me in for weeks. More

We visited 3 dealerships in one weekend and Crowley was the only one that didn't play any silly games in trying to sell us a new vechicle. More
