Got an oil change and rear wiper. The bill that I was presented was @$173. Was charged for items not requested or done. Charged $25 and $15 installation. It took him no more than 2 minutes to install. presented was @$173. Was charged for items not requested or done. Charged $25 and $15 installation. It took him no more than 2 minutes to install. After using my $50 card I was still charged $93. A rip-off. More
Brought my gladiator in for service on July 23rd. It's October 18th today, still waiting for it to be finished. 12 weeks and counting. Was told it would be ready 2 Fridays ago. Nope. Was told it wou October 18th today, still waiting for it to be finished. 12 weeks and counting. Was told it would be ready 2 Fridays ago. Nope. Was told it would be ready last Friday. Nope. Was told I could actually pick it up today. Got to the dealership, Nope. Not ready. Was told they will deliver to my home by end of day today. They close in an hour. Not too hopeful. Communication sucks. Staff will tell you whatever they can to dismiss you as fast as possible. Rarely do they pick up the phone. Rarely do they return calls. I've had to involve jeep corporate to help get info for me. The dealership screens their calls too. Unbelievable way to do business. Well, here is to hoping I get my car delivered to my home tonight. After 12 weeks of this type of service, not holding my breath. More
We purchased five new vehicles from Gengras Dodge/Volvo in the last 10+ years and have had all of them plus a Volvo purchased at another dealership serviced there. The service has mostly been adequate at b in the last 10+ years and have had all of them plus a Volvo purchased at another dealership serviced there. The service has mostly been adequate at best. Our 2019 Dodge Laramie truck has been at Gengras more than once for service for some issues but this past trip will be the last. There are issues that remain unresolved including a vibration in the front end. Their solution for the this is for US to purchase new tires although these only have 12'000+ miles !!!! There are other remaining issues but the tire problem is the most annoying. Apparently this franchise doesn't care about customer loyalty at all. We will NEVER purchase another vehicle at ANY Gengras dealership. Customer LOYALTY is not appreciated by this group. More
Moe Salama is a pleasant and curtious salesperson. He made my purchase of my new Wrangler fun and easy. I will recommend him to any of my friends who ate thinking of buying a new car. Very poor service department On 7/7 I brought by Jeep in for an oil change at 8 am, 9:45 I walked back to service department to check on how much longer it would be. My Jeep stil On 7/7 I brought by Jeep in for an oil change at 8 am, 9:45 I walked back to service department to check on how much longer it would be. My Jeep still had a hour wait to even get looked at. I was the only one in the waiting room the entire time. If they were that backed up you would think they would have said it was a 2 hour plus wait. I had my Jeep in for service for a front end issue a while back . I picked it up from that service. I still heard a funny noise coming from the front end. I told my husband, he jacked it up and took off the tire. To his surprise they left a pair of vice grips on the tire arm. I will never buy or recommend Gengras Jeep/dodge to anyone for service or buying from this dealership.. The reps behind the counters are rude as well. Very poor dealership. More

The poor service has o First off, I love my truck!! I bought it new at Gengras and had a good experience purchasing it. Service has been horrible!! The poor service has overcome the good experience I had buying my truck and I will most likely not return to Gengras, This last visit, I made an appointment weeks in advance for a Thursday appointment to address several recalls. When I made the appointment I was told the recalls could easily be done but I was asked to leave my truck for the day, which I agreed to. Upon arrival, first thing in the morning I was greeted very nicely and proceeded to the service counter. This is were things began to unravel. The gentleman behind the counter was ok at best, not friendly just ok. He asked why I was there and I told him. We proceeded out to my truck, he got in and checked the mileage, hooked into the OBDII connection. All things seem good until he asks "when do I want to pick it up?" I replied "this afternoon." His response was "not going to happen". I'm sorry what?? "not going to happen" "I have 5 mechanics that I lost" . I'm thinking, Does that mean they quit?? Why would 5 mechanics quit at the same time?? Is somethings wrong? Why did no one call me to let me know? I had an appointment for recalls. Recalls are something that could go wrong. Should I not have priory? Especially with an appointment on a Thursday made weeks in advance for recalls. I informed him that I could not leave it overnight, I have already lost a day. He was unapologetic. Good customer service would have called to advise of the situation or offered some type of compensation for my time and trouble, but that did not happen. Like Sinfield said "they know how to take the reservation but they don't know how to keep the reservation". So I got in my truck and left.....a very unhappy former customer. More

Never again! I bought a Ram 1500 from Gengras in 2016. Since that purchase, I've been fighting with Gengras to fix the front end (drifts to the left). After a year I bought a Ram 1500 from Gengras in 2016. Since that purchase, I've been fighting with Gengras to fix the front end (drifts to the left). After a year and five visits, Gengras determined that there was nothing they could or would do to fix my front end. They sited some obscure technicality as to why they were "off the hook". The technicality is this: "as long as the vehicle tracks straight for five seconds, the vehicle is within spec.” The service manager drove with me on my final visit and noticed my truck drifting into another lane. He then stated "it crossed into another lane after five seconds" and that he wasn't responsible. I told him his logic was BS - that the term: "track for five seconds" means that the vehicle must track STRAIGHT for five seconds, then begin to drift (in order to qualify). He wouldn't listen to logic and just kept saying there was nothing he could do. Bottom line: the truck's front end drifts and Gengras is refusing to fix it. I then emailed the Gengras brothers and the general manager, explaining my whole experience (a years worth of visits). They NEVER responded. Talk about shockingly bad customer treatment. At this point, I'm selling my truck and buying something OTHER than Dodge (Toyota: I've been treated well by them in the past). I will NEVER buy another Dodge again. If I thought the CEO of Dodge would listen to my story, I'd send him an email explaining who he has working for him. Of course, he probably wouldn't care less, which only strengthens my resolve not to buy Dodge ever again. More

I was told it was the manufacturers fault but I don't hear of any other cars doing this. They didn't put my oil filter back on correctly. It was about a year ago but NO ONE else has touched it and I barely drove it.Plus, I waited for the change engine oil light to come on - which it just did. As soon as my oil light came on I noticed constant puddles under my car. I take it to another shop and they tell me it wasn't screwed back on correctly. I look and sure enough, it's everywhere. I talk to a manager and he tells me " if it was leaking for a year it would be out of oil." No matter how many times I tried to explain to him how long it was leaking he deflected my concerns with he same attitude as his employee. Before that their employees left a large bag of dirty tools in my back seat. Someone with less integrity would of left with them. I was annoyed because it took me a while to get he dirty from in between the leather. I will not recommend anyone go to this dealership for any repairs. Their sales reps are nice people but he repair shop seem to lack discipline. More
