My teenage daughter was traveling from Massachusetts to NJ in our brand new Gladiator when the check engine light came on while going though CT. Scap was the closest Jeep dealer, so I called and spoke with NJ in our brand new Gladiator when the check engine light came on while going though CT. Scap was the closest Jeep dealer, so I called and spoke with Kelly in service and Kelly managed to get her worked into their busy schedule to get it looked at. The first response was that depending on what the issue was, "it could take days to fix". Once they got it on the diagnostic machine they found it was a sensor that could be repaired that day. The technician Phil (a Steelers fan) was reluctant to work on it because it had a Patriots plate (he was kidding), got it repaired and did a full check within a couple of hours. A very frustrating day was managed and serviced by two great people at Scap, Kelly and Phil, so THANK YOU. I only wish the dealer I bought the vehicle from was as good as Scap's service, if I lived in CT I would definitely recommend Scap and purchase any future vehicles from Scap More
