This dealership is a real pleasure to have been involved with in the era of price mystery every time I have looked a a used car, meaning you do not have to have the sales person check with the financial ch with in the era of price mystery every time I have looked a a used car, meaning you do not have to have the sales person check with the financial chief several times with each price you feel positive with as their price was more than fair and any negotiating was done one one one, the atmosphere is very comfortable and especially friendly looking to make you feel welcomed. The car I purchased was prepared professionally and flawless. I had the best buying experience there . I was given the opportunity to test as many cars as I chose, I drove 4. I had a wait for a new key that was a bit long but beyond their control and they did all the work involved and even had it mailed to me! In summary, I would buy another car there without looking elsewhere. I highly recommend this dealership. More

In the late summer my daughter needed a car so we shopped around for awhile. We ended up at GFS and were very pleased with the both the sales style and the look of the cars. There was no hard sell or games like we experienced at some of the other places, and these folks went out of their way to make us happy. We have had the Volvo wagon now for several months and my daughter loves it. We have no idea about the shop service there as we have not needed any so far. We do know other folks that take their cars there and are happy with them. We would certainly consider buying another car from Geneva Foreign and Sport in the future. Nice place and nice people!! I would like to sing the praises of Geneva Foreign and Sports for a moment. I have been going to them for literally the whole time I've lived in this area; almost 10 years now. First with a Saab 93, then Sports for a moment. I have been going to them for literally the whole time I've lived in this area; almost 10 years now. First with a Saab 93, then with my 08 Jetta and finally now with my 07 Passat wagon that I bought from them. In all that time, I've NEVER felt as if they've had anything but my best interest in mind. They always go the extra mile for me and are fair. Today, I went in because I have been losing oil. Had this problem since I bought the car but we have not been able to locate the problem. Within the last week, it has been leaking oil noticeably and needed to be taken in immediately. Dave, the mechanic who has always looked at my car, said don't worry, it may just be an oil filter seal. Of course, I worried anyway since money is tight. Sure enough, it was the oil filter seal. There was also another filter that needed replacing that might be the cause of my car burning thru oil which they also replaced. Now, I'm expecting to be paying some money for this but Ken, who works the counter says "I helped you out with this because you're a great customer and you've always done your services when you're supposed to and we have been unable to solve this problem for you up to now". The bill was over $300 but he discounted it down to $77. Basically for the parts. I cannot express how much this means to me. The old joke about repair shops just taking advantage of the unknowing and ignorant throngs just isn't true at GFS. I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your automotive needs. Thanks for reading. i recently purchased my third Volvo from GFS. If you are looking for a used car, this is the place to go! I like everything about GFS, including the customer service, website, facility, inventory and are looking for a used car, this is the place to go! I purchased a 2004 Saab 9-5 Aero from GFS in April, I had been searching for the particular combination of options that this car offered and it was hard to find. I wasn't able to source the configuration tha been searching for the particular combination of options that this car offered and it was hard to find. I wasn't able to source the configuration that I wanted locally ( I live about 270 miles from GFS) I decided to work on a deal with GFS and take my chances. They were very friendly over the phone and through email, which Is how I dealt with them for about 2 weeks before I was able to make it out and buy the car. They are a very busy place which becomes obvious quickly as things like the service report I requested took days to get, its a busy place, but always felt like I was on the back burner which isn't how you want to feel when your spending top dollar on the vehicle your buying. When the time came to pick up the car, I was very excited, the car looked good and off on the test drive I went. Car looked good and ran well, though some little things needed to be fixed before I drove it back home (like the high Beam headlight not working) I would have thought this is something that would have been looked at and fixed before I came to get the car, seeing as it had been inspected for NYS and had been "gone through thoroughly". I completed the sale, drove the car home and was happy with everything, my wife was even talking about having them find her a similar car and going back, that is till I tried to get it inspected in NH, it didn't pass, and some of the issues were pretty obvious and couldn't be missed if you had seen it on a lift. It is now going to cost me a bit more than I wanted to spend to get the car in to the condition I thought it to be when purchased. They do offer a warranty, however I'm to far away to go back and have it examined by their guys, they offered to help me out with some of the parts, however they haven't come through with that on their end, which is disappointing. Overall I like the car, however knowing what I know now, I wouldn't have purchased it from them, seeing as I have to dump a bit more money in to it. The group was friendly and had some nice after purchase touches (sent a card and cookies) but that doesn't make up for the lack of attention to the vehicles before purchase or follow through on parts. More
