Do not buy from Michael Hackett So i purchased my 2007 bmw 328xi there almost a year ago, and since then i have been utterly displeased with the service i recieved. To start, i notic So i purchased my 2007 bmw 328xi there almost a year ago, and since then i have been utterly displeased with the service i recieved. To start, i noticed a couple of weeks after i got the car that it DID NOT have RUNFLAT tires on it like it did when it was factory, and it DID NOT come with a spare tire kit. When i contacted the salesman Michael Hackett, he brushed me off, with no regard to my concerns about not being able to get my car off the side of the road should a tire blow. I contacted him over and over again about this, but he never once showed any initiative to fix my problem. Also, they sold my car to me with ILLEGAL WINDOW TINT under false pretenses. Because i asked Mr. Hackett when i was looking at the car if the tint was factory (and therefore legal) and he told me it was. Well, turns out it isn't. When i contacted him about this, he told me that he would have his shop PASS IT REGARDLESS OF ITS LEGALITY. now, if I'm not mistaken, there's a $10,000 dollar fine for doing just this. I told him this was unacceptable, and asked him to remove it. I was told i would be called back to schedule an appointment. Well, its been 4 days. No call yet. I am so utterly disappointed and frustrated with my purchase from this business, they (or at least the salesman i had the displeasure of working with) do NOT live up to their reputation. I implore you, buy your car somewhere, anywhere else. This place is not worth the hassle, and the salesman will tell you whatever they need to in order to make the sale, and don't care in the slightest about your satisfaction after their commission is in their pockets. Do not buy from this place. More

Selling Lemons Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Within one year after buying a first car for our teenager it has needed over $3000 in repairs. When I voiced my concerns I was told "this is why we try and steer people away from buying six to seven thousand dollar cars". This was not the case a year ago. This is clearly a dealership that is interested in doing business one time and no concern for maintaining or building relationships with customers. My advice, go somewhere else. More
