The dealership has a great friendly vibe but what was really excellent was working with Michael Hackett. He really paid close attention to what I was seeking and had the car set up in a way that really captured what I was looking for. He is a great communicator and a pleasure to work with. I'll seek him and GFS out for sure when it is car shopping time again and recommend them to my friends. By the way, a far better experience that I have had even considering a previously owned car at a BMW dealership, no comparison at all. GPS and Michael win, hands down. More

Top notch cars, top notch treatment I was in the market for either a BMW or Mercedes convertible and came across what appeared to be a very sharp Z4 E89 on one of the major used car webs I was in the market for either a BMW or Mercedes convertible and came across what appeared to be a very sharp Z4 E89 on one of the major used car websites. With one simple phone call the ball started rolling and I was well taken care of. GF&S is just over 100 miles from my home but after speaking with Mike Hackett in the sales department I felt confident enough to know that I would not likely be wasting my time making the drive to see the vehicle. Mike was responsive to every question, was on the ball with every detail. When I arrived at the dealership the car was parked next to the entrance to the service department so that I could inspect it before I even entered. I was allowed the time and latitude to view it without being molested by heavy handed sales tactics. Upon entering the clean and friendly waiting area of the service department I was provided with keys to test drive the vehicle unaccompanied. The car was just as pictured and described. It drove perfectly. I had a few questions regarding details and technicalities of the vehicle and Mike answered what he knew and what he didn't he referred to one of the service technicians who was able to answer every question I had remaining. The price negotiated was the price extended with no attempt to sell me warranties or accessories. The paperwork was ready to sign, the plates were on hand, the inspection was complete and the deal was closed without a hitch. I highly recommend Geneva Foreign and Sports if you are in the market for a high quality foreign car. More

Just bought an amazing 5 series BMW (couldnt be happier) I actually got to meet in person the previous owner of the vehicle and felt extremely comfortable with my purchase. They do NOT sell junk and can see the value in having a quality product, quality employees and quality facilities. My salesman Mike didn't feel like your typical salesman, his relaxed and kind approach truly goes a long way. Had a minor issue on delivery with my tail light and the service department went above and beyond to make sure that the vehicle was fix and fixed properly. Worst part about everything, I had to drive it home in this nasty CNY weather. Other than that, I feel this isnt the last vehicle I buy from Geneva Foreign & Sports. Kudos guys, keep up the stellar work. Oh, and my wife and I had fun playing with Georgia, shes a sweetheart. Thanks again! More

Great Family Business I drove from Binghamton, NY to see a specifically equipped BMW X5 that I found at Geneva Foreign & Sport Inc. The vehicle had just blown it's power st I drove from Binghamton, NY to see a specifically equipped BMW X5 that I found at Geneva Foreign & Sport Inc. The vehicle had just blown it's power steering pump, and the closest one like it was over 3 hours away. Michael Hackett, my salesman, assured me if I could be patient he would get this car fixed for me. We made the deal, he and his staff got the car fixed and I couldn't be happier. It was no easy task getting this X5 right, but Michael promised me he would deliver it and he and the service dept. at Geneva F&S did just that.
