Terrible experience with this dealership. Unfortunately it’s the only one in RI. They were very shifty and gave us the feeling that we were being had. The manager, Eric, told us he would remit an overpayment to us but it has not arrived and they won’t answer repeated calls to them. The finance person spent at least 40 minutes trying to talk us into upgraded service contracts after we repeatedly said we didn’t want it. We visited the Braintree location and they couldn’t have been nicer. Wish we had trekked up there to buy our car. More
