If integrity matters to you then think twice. Spent the day on the phone trying to get information about a GV80 they advertised on the internet. Numerous conversations about packages/trims and cost. Was quoted $58,800 a number of times which was also advertised online (GV80 prestige package). When it came down to "finalizing" the out-the-door price they were going to charge me 7K extra as a dealer markup. Did not mention that all day long, not until I was about to put a deposit down. Was so excited to be able to buy my wife this car and all of a sudden, they at the last minute upcharge me 7K. Why not be upfront with me in the beginning. Why advertising online a price you are not willing to honor. Where has integrity gone? All I know is that I did not find it here at Genesis of Tulsa. More
