Genius of Tulsa is the best service department I have ever had. The valet service and loaner car keeps me going with no downtime. They treat me as their most important customer. Without a doubt, the shadiest, slimiest vehicle transaction I have ever had the displeasure of being a part of. The finance manager David Skinner presented forms "requiring my signature" while shielding the top of the form and telling me they were for one purpose when in fact he was signing me up for every possible extended warranty and service coverage they offered. I only financed this vehicle in the first place to take advantage of the low interest rate - I otherwise would've paid cash. When my actual finance contract arrived in the mail 2 weeks later, he had added almost $13,000 in service contracts and warranties to the price of the car and my loan. Yes, shame on me for not taking the time to carefully read every part of everything I signed. You got me this time David. Hope it was worth it because I'll never buy another vehicle from this dealership or any other that you're a part of, and I'll make sure that anyone I care about that's looking to purchase a vehicle is aware of your tactics. 2 Fair. Technicians and staff were attentive. However... I was there, with an appointment, for recall service. My car was inspected to determine if it needed Technicians and staff were attentive. However... I was there, with an appointment, for recall service. My car was inspected to determine if it needed the recall service; the answer was YES. But the dealer did not have the parts! My service advisor explained why they don't have the parts on hand (service depts were hoarding the parts so some dealerships couldn't get them. This is poor service. Genesis told me to bring in the car to address the deficiency BUT DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS. Consequently, I have to go there AGAIN, and spend several more hours of my time traveling and waiting. If someone makes an appointment for recall service, the least you could do for the customer is to have the parts and fix the car. More
