Vehicle was presented as certified. I came from a bit of a drive. The vehicle was delivered non serviced and not in the condition as promised! I made numerous attempts to contact the dealership and I am told the sales manager will call me back immediately. 3 times as of now and no call and no resolution for my Genesis 70. My next call will be to DMV claims and my personal attorney. It’s unfortunate that this was my experience. I hope this never occurs to anyone else! More

In March of 2023, I paid over $70,000.00 for a Genesis GV80 and their loaner fleet seems to be Hyundai vehicles. On Monday, my car will be in for service and Genesis of the North Shore will drop off a Hyundai Tucson....a xxx $23,000.00 car. Be aware, question the promises More
