kr117d, Thank you for your feedback on your recent experience with our service department. We offer a drop-off and pickup service to be an additional convenience for our clients. In order for this type of service to be successful, it requires proper communication at all stages of the service visit. We have obviously failed to communicate properly on your visit. We also have implemented technology to send you videos of repairs or services that we recommend and why we recommend them. We failed to provide this to you as well. I am very sorry that our policies and procedures were not followed and resulted in a poor experience for you. I will arrange to have your GV80 brought back to our store and correct the remaining issues as soon as possible. I am committed to making sure that you have a great experience when dealing with any department in our store. Thank you again for letting us know and giving us another opportunity to correct it.
