It was not the service that I expected Genesis. I’m highly disappointed after receiving my vehicle back after being serviced for a manufacture recall damaged. The damaged was on the right front passenger side behind the bumper and torn. The sensors which are located there no longer function. A walk around by the service advisor was never done so I didn’t notice until the next time I drove it. The service technicians are unprofessional and the salespeople are not attentive to customers standing waiting for service. Instead they are on their phones and talking to each other. My Salesmans Ilyole Bradie was amazing, but the finance and other departments handling my sale were straight trash. If it wasn't for my salesman I would walked away. We agreed to a price but the dealership and other departments handling my sale were straight trash. If it wasn't for my salesman I would walked away. We agreed to a price but the dealership kept pushing me thru loops and purchasing plans I already said I didn't want in the beginning. I was providing my own financing. It took 2 days to get a sales/purchase order. I won't be back unless he's works my sale. More
