Once our vehicle was secured, he provided an excellent hands on tutorial as to the vehicles features, prior to us leaving the lot. Finance part of the process was also smooth. There was only one attempt to sell us additional warranties and coverage and when it was politely denied, it was left at that. No hard selling at all.
