Always Leary of buying a car and dealing with the salespeople from all of my previous experiences. After researching vehicles, I decided on a Genesis. Walking on the Earnhardt Genesis lot I expected salespeople from all of my previous experiences. After researching vehicles, I decided on a Genesis. Walking on the Earnhardt Genesis lot I expected a salesperson to approach us & start that ‘salesperson pitch ‘. We were able to check out various models on our own with no pushy salespersons, which we appreciated. When we were ready to test drive a certain model, we approached Art. What a genuine nice person ! My wife & I both thought that a friend was looking out for us with Art as our salesperson. He realized I was a Veteran & got us a discount, he guided us towards the Genesis $1,000 discount before it expired. Art will be our go-to salesperson when we purchase again. We have & will continue to tell acquaintances of our positive experience with Earnhardt Genesis and especially with our salesman Art Suleiman. Art is truly a positive reflection of your dealership. A positive review I had very pleasant experience. My salesman was nice and knowledgeable but most important he wasn't pushy. I was able to leave the dealership twice (to ponder my purchase decision) without being pressured to stay. When I finally made my decision to buy the negotiations were very professional. The dealer's offer on my trade-in was exactly what I felt the price ought to be. The finance manager was especially good; he got me an incredible rate on my loan. I don't mean this as a backhanded compliment but this experience was as good as my buying experience at other highend luxury car dealers. I had a very bad experience at another dealer when the Genesis was badged as a Hyundai. Genesis is making real progress as a stand alone brand. More
