First off, they size you up when you first walk in. If you're a minority they act friendly then make you wait. While waiting they will take the next person that comes in. When they get back to you the niceness wears off because you did not leave. They treat you as if you have no money. I was going to pay cash for a GV80. They were rude and so was the sales manager. I left and purchased my car at Milford. This dealer must have friends, family and employees leaving them good reviews because everyone I speak to about this dealership says nothing good about them. The Norwalk/Ridgefield Genesis dealer should be shut down. More

I went to this dealership to look at a used GV70 for sale. According to Kelly Blue Book, the car was priced $2600.00 above fair market value. Upon examination, the vehicle had multiple scratches and dam sale. According to Kelly Blue Book, the car was priced $2600.00 above fair market value. Upon examination, the vehicle had multiple scratches and damage to the interior door handle. I test-drove the car and liked it, and then I asked the salesperson about the price. They were unwilling to negotiate the price. They told me they would fix the scratches, and the price was final. When I told him about what I saw in the Kelly Blue Book, they told me it was inaccurate. This was the worst experience I have had at a dealership. It was a total waste of my time, and any dealership that thinks their inventory is made of gold usually isn't offering the best deals. Stay Away!! More
