In October, 2024, my wife and I went to Genesis of Ontario to view their selection of GV80s, and actually see the vehicle in person. We had been to a couple other dealerships for different brands, but upon seeing the GV80 in person, my wife and I both looked at each other and said, "wow." As Ali showed us some of the features and allowed us to take a test ride, it was very clear to both of us that for the money, this vehicle offers (by far) the best value. I have never been in a vehicle that provides such a smooth, quiet, and comfortable ride. Needless to say, we purchased the vehicle that day! After four months, this vehicle has been flawless. I cannot say enough positive things about Genesis of Ontario, and especially our salesman, Ali Yangin. More

He even fulfilled a request to bring a red bow for pictures. Even after the sale, he remained helpful, taking my call on the weekend to assist with the Genesis app. The only minor issue was a small contract error, be sure to review everything carefully. Last week my husband and I went to look at vehicles at Genesis Ontario. We didn’t exactly know what vehicle we were looking for, as we were also looking at Lexus and Audi. Within two minutes of being at the dealership we were greeted by Eduardo. Eduardo got a good feel of what we were looking for and showed us the Genessis G70. He was extremely helpful, very thorough in explaining the vehicle (it was obvious he knew his stuff), and got us in the vehicle for a test drive. While it was clear, he believed in the brand, he did not feel like a high-pressure salesman. We felt comfortable with him and left, but was told he would get us some pricing. The next day, as promised, he called us with some pricing. They were able to work with our budget and we ended up driving away with the G70. Even after the purchase, Eduardo took extended time to explain all the features of the vehicle to us. He also followed up the next day. Best car salesman I’ve ever had! The dealership feels like top-notch luxury. And we felt respected and appreciated as customers. Shoutout also to Derek and Bailey who helped make the purchase experience seamless and smooth.
