Mr. Nicholas Hardy, Sales Consultant, had maintained my contact information and reached out once the 2023 Genesis GV80 became available. After my initial contact with Mr. Hardy, I received a follow-up call from Mr. Vincent Girard, General Sales Manager, Mr. Girard explained the logistics regarding the purchase because I am an out-of-state customer. On Friday, October 21, 2022, a co-worker and I drove the three and one-half hours to take delivery of the GV80. We were greeted by the General Manager, Mr. Kris True, Mr. Girard, and Mr. Hardy. After an initial test drive, we concluded the business aspect of the purchase in a relatively short period. I obtained financing through Genesis Financial and had a great discussion with the F&I Manager, Mr. Bradley Leach. The Team at Genesis of Olive Branch is courteous, professional, caring, and make the entire purchase experience pleasurable. Few dealerships are selling new vehicles at MSRP; especially to out-of-state buyers. Genesis of Olive Branch is offering new Genesis vehicles at MSRP and a minimal documentation fee. I highly recommend this dealership and this Team for your next Genesis purchase. More

The car sales professionals at this dealership were very helpful throughout the process. I didn't give a five star rating because it did not feel like a luxury car buying experience. Usually when purchasing a brand new luxury vehicle the dealer provides small trinkets and/or gifts as a thank you for business. Just a small gesture to let the customer know the business is appreciated. The lack of attention to these small details can make the difference between a luxury car buying experience and a standard car buying experience. This is only a suggestion of what to improve upon in the future. Maybe considering reaching out to recent customers with such trinkets/gifts, would be a nice gesture. All in all, the experience was pleasant and I am pleased with my purchase. More

The service department in Olive Branch made a terrible situation as good as it could be. I live in Alabama and my G70 broke down near Tupelo. It was towed by Genesis to Olive Branch as it was the neares situation as good as it could be. I live in Alabama and my G70 broke down near Tupelo. Initially was told it may be 6-8 weeks waiting on the replacement part due to supply chain issues. Matt in Service communicated with me and with Genesis every step of the way. The part came in and it was repaired in about 3 weeks. Would recommend Matt to anyone who needs Genesis service. More
