Vincent Girard was awesome. I purchased this car on-line. The whole negotiation took about 10 minutes. I flew to Memphis to pick up the vehicle. From the time I got to the dealership to the time I left I was treated like royalty. They knew I had a long drive home, and all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. The entire process to sign everything, and setup my Genesis account took about 30 minutes. When I went into the finance department I met Alan Lipsey. He explained there were a couple of options that I could purchase, those were simply explained to me, and I could make a decision to purchase or not, there was no high pressure sales pitch, just simply yes or no and that was refreshing. Once the paperwork was complete Rick took me out to the car and went over all the tech stuff. Showed me how to use the informant system and setup the car the way I wanted it. This was by far the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made, Genesis of Olive Branch sells cars the way they should be sold. More
