I bought my 2018 Genesis G90 in June of 2021. It was an pleasant experience. Everyone from my sale person Rick Putman, the sale manager, and finance manager were very friendly and courteous. I was told when I purchase my vehicle that there was a part that needed to be replaced and that I would be notified once it arrived. Once the part came in I was given an 7:30 a.m. , appointment for July the 28th 2021. However arriving at 7 a.m. second in line I was told by the service rep. James Delucia, that he would have to first check to see if the part had arrived. I informed Him that the part was there, this was what I was told when the appointment was made. Then James informed me that no one had made him aware as to the fact that the part was there. Then I was told by James that I would have to be worked into the schedule and that there were no loaner cars available for me to use. So I decided to leave the car to be worked in, After no one had called me, I called at 4:30 p.m. only to be informed that the car had not been looked at and that it would not be until the 1st of August before my car could be seen, my reply was that I was coming in to pick up my car.,at this time I was told that it would take more then one day to repair my car. I was a little disappointed that I was not told to begin with how long the process would have taken, and even more disappointed that no one called to tell me that my car was not going to be repaired that day and when James said that it would take more then one day I was even more disappointed. I brought my car in on the 1st of August, First to arrived, when I arrived at 7 a.m. waited until the dealership opened at 7;30 a.m. James had not arrived yet. so I waited in the waiting room, after no one came to inform me of what was going on, I went out into the service department , and James was at his computer, when he saw me coming he said to me that he had told me that he would call me to come in to the dealership. But he would take the car in, and that there was no one there to assign me an loaner car yet. So again I went back to the waiting room waiting to see if I would received a car. James then after a few minutes came to get me to assign me a loaner car, As part of the process I was ask for my driver license, insurance card and a credit card. once i had left James call to ask me where was a part, that had been left in the glove compartment well before I purchase the vehicle. I told him that had no idea, I was informed that this part would have to be ordered. I had debated writing this disapproval rating, Then after over a week I call James on August the 10th to see if the part had come in, he said that he was with an customer and he would give me a call back, after not hearing from him by 6:30 p.m. I called back, I reach James he said that he was at home, I ask him about the part he said that he had had a busy day and hadn't had a chance to check on it , but that he would make a note of it on his Alexa, and get back with me the next day. It's two days later and yet no one has call me. The lack of communication in house is sad. But the lack of communication from service to the customer is unforgiving. I never expected the lack of respect as a customer to be so lacking. To top it all off I was charged to replace the battery for my key fob after only having the car for a month. I will have to think twice before purchasing or referring anyone to purchase a car from this dealership. More

My last visit was not the quality of services , that I expected. I got there in enough time to have my oil changed and my vechile washed. They washed my car and it looked like it had not been washed at al expected. I got there in enough time to have my oil changed and my vechile washed. Great experience with Genesis of Olive Branch. They were able to get me the car that I wanted and I absolutely love it! Donald, Will and Vinny were very accommodating and patient as I would call frequently able to get me the car that I wanted and I absolutely love it! From the working with Vincent Girard (sales) I looked everywhere for this color. He sent pictures of the car and knew I had to have it. Rick Putman even did a video of everything.
