Jerry is absolutely great to deal with. I had an appointment and they did the recall in a timely fashion and washed my GV70. The dealership is amazing, really beautiful. This was the closest dealership to me at the time and they did a state inspection on my car and had me back on the road in no time. Jerry is very resourceful! I initially made an appointment as soon as I got my mail. I made sure of it and was scheduled that same day online. It was quick. Well anyway, Jerry I initially made an appointment as soon as I got my mail. I made sure of it and was scheduled that same day online. It was quick. Well anyway, Jerry called me to let me know that the part would not be in that quick and that I may have to wait or leave my vehicle for a length of time. I wasn't able to do so so he rescheduled me for a later time that same month. I arrived for my appointment and Jerry got me processed quickly. I even got a ride home. I cannot remember the young man's name that took me home but he had great conversation that kept me engaged. He's a great driver too. I had some work to catch up on and could not sit in the dealership lounge but it seems like by the time I got back home, it was Jerry calling me again for a pick up. I hoped in the shuttle and we were off. My vehicle was ready once I arrived. What a great (and easy) process for me. Thanks Jerry and Genesis staff! More

I was also very impressed with the appearance of the new facility, especially it's thoroughly modern layout and it's cleanliness. Most importantly, the work on my 2021 G80 was completed so quickly, I barely had time to finish my complimentary coffee and snacks! Truly a 5-Star effort from the Genesis NW San Antonio staff. More

The service center was great, it was the unfulfilled promises of the sales management that left me disappointed and frustrated. There was a written promise of repair of a small pant chip and broken sunroof glass upon purchase. The sunroof was taken care of wonderfully, but the paint chip was not. After speaking to the manager that the contract was made with, it was promised to be repaired “by his guy” and “done right”. When I picked up my car the paint repair looked like a child filled it in with white out. It was not even, and the paint did not match the color of my vehicle. When speaking to the sales manager again, he had excuses as to why it couldn’t be done well including it being expensive. He said he would talk to “his guy” to see what could be done and he would order me a paint pen that matched the color of my car so I could go over the spot they should have professionally fixed. He said it would take 4 days to come in once it was ordered and he would call me. That was 2 and a half weeks ago and no call. Truly disappointing. More
