My feelings have NOT change about this location dealership at all. The recent visit was good along with the service, but I still think Genesis of Northwest San Antonio still got a LONG LONG way to dealership at all. I Love my Genesis GV80 I bought at that location to death, but my Entire experience was beyond horrible. My very first service on my Genesis GV80 there was Horrible. I just wish I honestly didn't have to deal with that location for service ever. This last service better though. Thanks More

Additionally, my sense is Genesis overall is struggling to hire certified Genesis mechanics as it took 4 weeks to get my car in for service. I had the same issue with the Genesis dealer in Houston when the AC went out on my new GV70. It took 4 weeks to get an appointment and 2 weeks to fix my car. I was asked in the NW San Antonio waiting room by a gentleman getting his Hyundai repaired if I would buy the Genesis again. He was looking at the G70. I told him "no" as taking 4 weeks for service is unacceptable. He appreciated my candor. More
Unfortunately I didn't get the whole package I was sold concerning valet and first class service. The dealership did pick my truck up for services, but I didn't get a loaner vehicle. My truck was picked up 9:30 am, and I didn't get it back until after 5 pm. I didn't receive an update on my truck status, and once I spoke with someone I was told the reason I still didn't have my truck was that it was waiting to be washed. No transportation, kids to pick up and transport to other commitments... I was extremely disappointed. To top it all off my truck didn't get washed, because I needed it before 6pm... after it had been gone since 9:30 am! I just want the promise that came with the truck I purchased. In Maryland not only did I get valet service, but I always received a loaner. My day went uninterrupted and remained productive. More
I called to schedule my vehicle to be picked up at my house for service and the person at the shop scheduled the car to be dropped off at the dealership.
