My car was recently serviced at Genesis of Northwest San Antonio for routine covered maintenance using the Valet Service provided by Genesis. Per my understanding and per the service invoice/report a t Antonio for routine covered maintenance using the Valet Service provided by Genesis. Per my understanding and per the service invoice/report a tire rotation was to have been performed. However the rotation was not performed. About a week before the service date the TPM system indicated that the right front tire pressure was slightly low. I inspected the tire and noticed a small "tear" on the tire. This morning out of curiosity I wanted to check to see if the tear had progressed. The tire was not on the back right where I would have expected it to be had a tire rotation been completed, but it was still on the right front. This makes me concerned that the oil change was actually completed as well. The Genesis Valet service and Genesis of Northwest San Antonio deserve a negative rating if that were possible. I More
You cannot get anyone to answer the phone, no matter how many times you leave a message you don't get a return phone call. When you finally get an appointment, they tell you it will take up to 3 weeks to ge many times you leave a message you don't get a return phone call. This is the 2nd time that I've used this place and the results were the same. I was charged for a service that wasn't provided and had to ask for a refund. I own a G80 and a GV80 and will not use this facility once I find a new service facility. More
