I had a great experience with Tony! He was easy to work with and he was really fun. I knew what I was looking for and Tony found me that perfect vehicle. Service Dept never returns voice mail messages (which are almost always necessary because they rarely answer their service dept line). Every time I've had my oil changed, they failed to reset my service int almost always necessary because they rarely answer their service dept line). Every time I've had my oil changed, they failed to reset my service interval or my oil in my settings. Last time after I left, on the way home the tire pressure warning popped up and they had reversed the recommended psi in front and rear tires (front were supposed to be 33 and rear 36 and they were opposite). I live out of town, so husband corrected my tire pressures. I've only had routine maintenance so far on my 2 year old Genesis. Now air conditioner/heater has no air flow on left side of vehicle vents (right side okay) and I cannot get them to answer the phone or call me back to schedule service. This was noticed right after they serviced (oil, tire rotation, 2 recalls). And then who knows how long I'll have to wait for an appt and how long they'll keep it (without promising a loner car which is supposed to be included) and I live out of town. I guess I should've bought a domestic vehicle with reliable service in my small home town. Oh, and there was no tire removal tool kit placed in my new Genesis upon sale. A year later I had a flat and my local tire shop couldn't remove the tire. He had to break the part off so he could repair the tire (and the other 3 tires also) and I had to get a new set of Genesis lug nuts and tool package from the dealer for future mishaps. More
