You did a great job on the vehicle service and washing the vehicle. But I had to wait 6 weeks to get my vehicle in for service (i.e. I called to book an appointment in early December and didn't get the ap the vehicle. Also, the Valet Service wasn't available, which is part of my purchase. Also, you ran out of loaner cars the day I dropped the vehicle off. And interestingly enough my invoice has a charge for Valet Service on it for $144.60, and not sure why when it wasn't even available? More
Other than not having a loaner car available as I anticipated from Genesis and over 30 years with Lexus, everything else was top drawer. The AC problem we had is known by Genesis for our model year 2023, yet we had to rent our own car because they claimed to have no loaners.
