I have a 3 year history with this dealership and have had excellent service. I had a glitch on my last visit, but my concerns were addressed. I have had no further issue with my car. I appreciated the follow-up call from the service technician to make sure I was satisfied. I did have a big issue with the phone service. Push one, push two, etc. Six minutes later I ended up being transferred to some car mall in Ft. Myers! I decided to drive over rather than begin the phone process all over. More
