Standard oil change and rotation and 4-wheel brake job with new pads and turned/resurfaced rotors. Rotors were turned too rough so front pads were noisy on braking with poor braking. Had to return for cor with new pads and turned/resurfaced rotors. Rotors were turned too rough so front pads were noisy on braking with poor braking. Had to return for correction. Told pads failed to seat properly. Never admitted to poor rotor turning but corrected at no charge. A dealer brake job should be done right the first time, especially given the elevated cost and time expended to return. More

My daughter brough her car in for oil change and tire rotation. While waiting for service completion, service writer/advisor brought in a "dirty" air filter that was supposedly from her 2021 Tuscon. The only problem is that I, as her father, had changed out the air filter 5 days earlier with a brand new engine air filter. This was nothing more than an act of blatant dishonesty! I could not be more disappointed in this dealership, even though I and my family have purchased 4 new cars from Boucher. More

They were very accommodating, allowed us to drop our car off early because of our schedule. And to my surprise was called a day early that they had started working on it already! Kayla called and explained what was going on with the service light and what needed to be done. Also went thru other services that should be done soon, not necessarily right now ( maintenance). Received a call a couple hours later that my car was ready to go. What was really nice is they saved the the one part to show me that was worn out. That lead to the other part another well know repair place replaced 5 times and it didn’t work. So here is hoping that that was causing all the problems, so far so good! More
