Awesome service and friendly staff. They estimated the oil change and tire rotation to take an hour, but it just about 30 minutes including car wash. However, my husband informed me that none of the staff members were wearing a face mask and only one other customer wa The service received was great. Therefore, it appears to me that the CDC guidelines were not be followed for enclosed business and that the risk of getting COVID-19 is not taken seriously, I will not be sending my family back to Boucher for service until my family is vaccinated. I bought three vehicles from this dealership. Traded 3 vehicles in( one being a lemon that the dealer sold me) . In the buying/trade in process from this dealership, I lost $10,000 in depreciation, and ba vehicles in( one being a lemon that the dealer sold me) .
