I normally don’t do surveys, but with the service I just received I felt I had to fill this one out. I took my Santa Fe to get a power seat switch replaced. I was told the charge was going to be $462.00 inc received I felt I had to fill this one out. I took my Santa Fe to get a power seat switch replaced. I was told the charge was going to be $462.00 including tax. When I picked up the three things went wrong. One, the bill came to $502.00. Two, the cashier told me the car should be out in the front of the dealer. After wandering around for ten minutes a guy came out and told me the car was in the back. Three, the plastic molding going around the seat was broke and almost laying on the floor. It’s been over a week and I have not heard from the dealer yet. The first time I used this dealer was about a year ago for a recall and the service was great. This time not so much. Horrible service. More

Came in for oil change , presented coupons to service writer at time of appointment. When checking receipt after getting home , I realized that he did not honor the coupon. Oil Change The service rep informed me that air filters were dirty & recommended they be replaced.
