Well I think the Service did a great job at getting things done, BUT after $200 my car Still pulls to the right. My initial service appointment, for a routine oil change and tire rotation went great. Two days later, my car ended up on a flat bed because they didn't properly do the oil change. All of the oil leaked o and tire rotation went great. Two days later, my car ended up on a flat bed because they didn't properly do the oil change. All of the oil leaked out into my garage and caused my car to not be drivable. When I called in, I spoke with Dan D. who was fantastic! He immediately found a solution to getting my car towed and getting me a replacement vehicle to drive. At this point, I was very pleased with Dan and his amazing customer service skills, during a problem that was very frustrating for me. The reason for my poor rating was the final call that I received from Joey, who completely down played the entire issue and had the nerve to remind me to refill the fuel in my loaner vehicle. I live 60 min from the dealership, and all of this was a complete inconvenience for me having to run out there to pick up my car because they couldn't change my oil properly. Super tacky way to end an experience that Dan did an amazing job of turning around. More
