1. When I received my Santa Fe 2019 after the Oil Change with Tire Rotation on Jun 2, 2022, I noticed the tires were not rotated. I asked the customer rep and she checked with the tech and they insisted the with Tire Rotation on Jun 2, 2022, I noticed the tires were not rotated. The driver side hind wheel had some old dents and marks, and the wheel was still in the same old location. That's how I knew they never rotated the tires. I brought the rep outside and she checked again with the tech, and now they changed the story that they did not rotate the tires. They could have noted this down in their report, or at least told me the first time instead of lying about it and changing the story the second time. It was barely an hour after the service and they claimed they had too many vehicles and forgot about it. Now I seriously wonder if they ever rotated the tires all the past few times I sent my vehicle for service. 2. I also noted all my tires were not inflated to the 35 psi as reported on their cookie cutter report. Before the service, my dashboard tire pressure monitor was showing 32, 31, 33, 33 psi for the tires. After service, it was still showing close to the same reading, not the 35 psi as reported in the report. I drove 40 mins home, and the monitor showed a slight increase 33, 32, 34, 34, not even the reported 35 psi in their report. I noticed this several times when I had service done here but did not want to drive all the way back, thought this was not a big issue. But it had happened consistently, and with the above tire rotation issue made me wonder if they ever done what I paid to have done. 3. I would suggest to the management not to confront the tech/workers, but to investigate this issue seriously, and monitor their workers if they cut corners. After this incident, it became so suspicious if they ever change the oil, or filter or do whatever they up-sell to me in the past. I bought the maintenance contract and had many oil changes left, and I did not have another option but to return again. I wish I could cancel the contract and get my money back. They already destroy the trust I had with them. More
