The service was quick and check-in and out were quick and friendly as well. However, there is a mask mandate for all inside public spaces and there were 3-4 people in the same small waiting space as I was an friendly as well. No Hyundai staff seen or heard enforcing its either. I’m 25 weeks pregnant and in healthcare and this was EXTREMELY frustrating and I didn’t feel safe. For this reason I can’t recommend service here. Even if the service is good, if the customers don’t feel safe and their health and safety isn’t valued, you don’t have much. More

Usually happy with your service. My car was not entirely ready at pick up. VERY disappointed in the Corona protocol. My car was NOT disinfected at pick up as I was assured it would be and the use of masks ready at pick up. VERY disappointed in the Corona protocol.
