I scheduled an appointment, showed up 10 mins early, and was told to stay in my car for over 20 something minutes as I watched four cars pull in ahead of me with no explanation. I felt overlooked and took for granted. This delay forces me to be late for work, and I never received any apologies for the inconvenience. After the long wait, I ask if the plan was still to give me a free car wash, and I was told, "Not today." I'm starting to regret my decision with buying this car. More
