The service visit was very efficient and on time and all my service needs were met except for one thing. And this is perhaps more of a design problem. The seat warmers were virtually unrepairable for an ec my service needs were met except for one thing. And this is perhaps more of a design problem. The seat warmers were virtually unrepairable for an economical price. (Replacement of the entire seat cushion for over $700 is not an acceptable option.) And no one had any idea how to fix the back seat one which never ever worked. (It never got checked until the car was over a year old.) And with leather seats, seat warmers are a must in WI. More
