I came in for a oil change, cars heater repaired and a new car radio. You never have the parts and the radio cost 2k plus. I went home with an oil change. Nelson took care of me with updates. Not to take a chance on replacing the faulty seal alone in the transfer case, they replaced t with the knowledge of a service technician! Impressive! My car needed service. Jean Sommers took control of the situation by having a driver come out to my home, pick up my car, back to the dealership and he brought car back to my home. Due to Covid 19 and my age all precautions had to be taken and with the weather so cold I could not stand outside. Jean called me and went over everything that had to be done, quoted me prices and made sure everything was done correctly. I scheduled the 1st oil change for my 2020 elantra, based on the notifications I got from Hyundai. I drove from Oak Creek only to hear it wasn't time for my oil change. My Service Avisor did offer to do the oil change early, but I declined, as I was concerned about upholding my warranty. More
