I did contact repair manager due to promised repair needs alert showing up when not needed and manager did appropriately follow up with me and the problem still remains (I can go back to have them look at it again). More

Was very happy working with Chris! Came in for oil change and other basic maintenance and learned my brake pads and rotors needed attention. Because I only expected to be there for an hour, I was waiting for and other basic maintenance and learned my brake pads and rotors needed attention. Because I only expected to be there for an hour, I was waiting for my car. I was told that it would be quite a bit longer with the added work; but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to complete the extra repairs. Because I was in the waiting area for a while...I was able to watch things like social distancing, mask wearing and general clean-up. I was pleased to see that most employees (and customers) were being very responsible. I saw one employee without a mask...but everyone else was really being cautious. I appreciate that. The young guy who was charged with cleaning in the waiting area really paid attention to keeping the area sanitized! I wish I would have gotten his name because he deserves a thank you! Chris was terrific...I'd definitely recommend him. More
