Great experience, Nelson was very helpful and was able to help me get my car serviced quickly even though I scheduled the wrong appointment type. My only complaint is with trying to complete this survey help me get my car serviced quickly even though I scheduled the wrong appointment type. My only complaint is with trying to complete this survey. It’s requiring me to log in and apparently I have an account so I have to reset a password for an account I didn’t realize I had. This is really annoying and I could see people not wanting to be bothered to leave a survey. And because I had to reset my password, I had to do the survey a second time. This nuisance could negativity affect the scores for your associates. But this is not Nelson’s fault and I want him to know I really appreciated his help! More
