When I first arrived I felt ignored. Finally someone Not related to check in said “ someone will be with you shortly”. I waited and finally someone acknowledged me then referred me to Don. The customer service was great. I thought the price for an oil change was high. I used to to to Toyota on Hwy 100 and it was always less expensive. The service department is terrible canceled our service plan with them because they can’t handle doing little things like clear the service light on a car.
