The service writer had all paperwork ready when I arrived for scheduled service and provided a loaner. However, though I gave them my cell number and stated I would be away from home, no one ever called to for scheduled service and provided a loaner. When got home, the message as on my home phone about the car being ready, and even funnier, I got an email the following morning telling me the car was ready pick up. (It was already in my garage!) Your communication systems are a bit out of whack. The service work was done at a reasonable price and car thoroughly checked over, so good work there. Finally, if you want me to review your service, don't sent me 3 different ways to do it or make me sign up for certain accounts to answer your questions. I don't want my email out there for a flurry of sales pitches and will not answer a review request through a service you may hire. More

I usually receive excellent service from Boucher Hyundai. This time my Santa Fe broke down and had to be towed in. I finally got a hold of my service advisor late in the first day and he told me they're were This time my Santa Fe broke down and had to be towed in. I finally got a hold of my service advisor late in the first day and he told me they're were trying to get the vehicle in, but it might stretch to another day. I left messages the next day to no avail and even tried the service manager and no one wanted to reply. Finally late on the second day, the advisor called and said it could be a software update, or a engine sensor, or I might need a new engine. They couldn't proceed without a PA (Pre Authorization) from Hyundai and that might take awhile. How long? I don't know. Can I get a rental? Yes but if they don't approve it, you'll have to pay. I waited till the end of the week and again tried the service advisor multiple times, and even email the service manager and no response again. We were leaving town and had to take my wife's much smaller car. 200 miles away I get a text late in the day that my car needed a computer update and it was really to pick up. You get a cover letter every time you have service from the service manager asking for a 5-star review and to contact him if you can't give this review. It's kind of hard if they never contact you back. The lack of communication was totally unacceptable. I love the quality of work done at Boucher but if this lack of communication continues, I will consider going elsewhere. More
