It is mix bag. the person that I began to conversation with was condescending, dismissive, childish and did not listen to any thing I said. In the end the manager was better and reasonable. Boucher is consistent in their service, cost and timeliness. I could go elsewhere for service on my vehicle but I travel 60 plus miles because I know I can get in and out as scheduled with them. The two service advisors didn't know what was going on. I think the guy that set up the appointment (Dan) told me the job would take all day. Actually it took an hour. I did say I was concerned about the transmission, but I didn't think anything was going to happen with it Saturday. I had to wait a month and a half to even get this appointment. Brought my car in for a scheduled oil change. Even though they were extremely busy that day, they still took me in right away and got me out quickly.
