Had to bring my car in 3 times to get the BlueLink service fixed. After the 3rd time I was informed that it was fixed. My back window was busted out due to being stolen and when I picked it up the inside wasn't even vacuumed good. Glass on seats in back still were my kid and dog sit. Also my insurance agent said it would be detailed since he payed for it to be done and was still dirty from it being stolen and only big pieces of glass were picked up. Then called and told me it was ready 3 days before you even got it done because you forgot that my windshield was bought for and didn't get it till I said something and had to wait more days without a vehicle. Glass was still in door and still is when I close door. Little pieces every time I open and close it. I believe it was rushed and when I asked about who was in charge of my car not being cleaned I was rudely answered by like 2 sales men and said aint our problem its service but they were closed since I picked it up at 545pm. Very disappointed on how I was treated after my car was stolen due to a bad design by your company. So felt like crap because car was stolen and out of vehicle for a while and then insurance man called and told me what was all going to be paid for and done but it was just fixed and felt like it was a bother having it there so rushed the job. I have also never been talked to like that at a professional dealership before and I just said forget this and walked out. Just being absolutely honest.
