It is difficult to get an oil change scheduled via the website within 2 weeks. When I called directly to the service department and let them know I could leave the car for a few days, they gladly booked m website within 2 weeks. When I called directly to the service department and let them know I could leave the car for a few days, they gladly booked me in over-flow and then completed the service within 24 hours. More

Dan offered incredible service and great communication throughout the time our car was being repaired. We had an unusual issue which was covered under warranty and everything was handled very professional throughout the time our car was being repaired. It was okay I brought my car in for a recall I asked them before I arrived if they could give me a shuttle because it was going to take several hours to look at my car. I sat in the waiting room for about an before I arrived if they could give me a shuttle because it was going to take several hours to look at my car. I sat in the waiting room for about an hour and 20 minutes finally I got up and asked them to forget the shuttle I have my son pick me up. How to bring the car back in 3 weeks so they can fix the recall it took a day and a half finally when I got my car back I drove home and the check engine light came on how to drive back to the dealership so they can reset the computer. More
