Service Department still unfamiliar with Genesis brand. Received 3 different answers when asked when is the first scheduled maintenance interval. I was told on phone that 2 items that were not included at time of initial vehicle delivery (rear bumper appliqué & reversible cargo tray) would be provided at time of first scheduled maintenance. Neither items was provided. Also, service department was not aware of a Genesis-issued navigation update. When I told them that Genesis had issued one, they said that they would order one - and install it at the time of the next scheduled maintenance in 8-9 months. Lastly, dealership did not include a complementary car wash as other luxury brands provide. More
