Normally they have good service. Last time I dropped my car off for service, it sounds like they completely forgot about my car for service so I had to leave my car there overnight. Brandon was able to get corporate to get the part needed to address my issue. I havent drove much as of yet, but in the short trips I noticed the issue (transmission jerking me around) as stopped! Now my insurance tracking app doesnt have me driving with quick stop/jerk motions. I can honestly say, I'm happy with the support/service received this time. If I could, I'd give Brandon 10 stars.
