After paying $4800 for a short block engine exchange in October 2021, my 2013 Elantra totally died on my way to work. Called Boucher, got towed in. Service Manager John Diaz says I have the wrong battery i October 2021, my 2013 Elantra totally died on my way to work. Called Boucher, got towed in. Service Manager John Diaz says I have the wrong battery in my car (installed by others 18 months ago). Told the seems are too thin, so they have to shim the connection. I'm charged for the towing and shims installed. Drive my car the 6 minutes home, it dies AGAIN, just like that morning. It's after hours. No Service Manager there till Monday. Get GM on the phone. He comes out to jump my car. Nothing. IT'S NOT THE BATTERY!! So, it starts all over again. Not happy!! More
Everyone is always nice and friendly. Though they could replace my windshield wipers recommend tires for my car and say that they were going to change my filter. Though those maintenance updates are good to know it would have been better if they could have checked my heat to let me know if any further issues. More
Not great service, did not communicate well. I made an appointment for a recall and had to wait three weeks for the appointment. Overall was good, although took me three trips/leaving my car for the issue to be fixed.
