I took my car to the Waukesha Boucher Hyundai Service Center for a factory recall issue in the early afternoon of March 17. According to the exit paperwork, "36394 performed canister campaign at this ti Center for a factory recall issue in the early afternoon of March 17. According to the exit paperwork, "36394 performed canister campaign at this time and found canister kit not required at this time and mileage." So, now what? Does this mean that I'll receive another recall notice or do I just ignore it? Additionally, my car was detailed as a courtesy due to a previous issue during my last service appointment in January. Because it was already Thursday afternoon, I was given a loaner vehicle. I received a phone call at 8:00 am Friday telling me that the employee responsible for detailing my car had called in sick. Mmmm. St. Patrick's Day was the day before. Just saying... I finally picked up my car late Monday morning March 21. When I got home, I discovered that a 16 inch piece of window weather stripping had been pulled completely loose from the back passenger side window. It was most certainly intact when I brought my car in. I did not bring my car back to the service center nor did I call. My husband secured the weather stripping. I've now had issues with the Boucher Hyundai Service Center the last two times I've taken my car in. More

The first time I went to the service center I was getting an oil filter for my car and the sold me the wrong one. This last time I went in for an oil change. They ran out of oil for my car, I had to wait al an oil filter for my car and the sold me the wrong one. This last time I went in for an oil change. They ran out of oil for my car, I had to wait almost 2 hours for everything to get done. After waiting over an hour and a half to get my car back I had to go find someone to figure out what was going on and why it was taking so long. My keys were sitting on someones desk and I had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to come and help me so I could finally get my car back and leave. More
